WASHINGTON - U.S. Rep. Joe Schwarz (R-Battle Creek), a member of the House Committee on Science, today congratulated the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on the successful launch of the space shuttle Discovery.

"I would like to extend my most heartfelt congratulations to the brave men and women at NASA for a successful return to flight," said Dr. Schwarz. "Their hard work and dedication has been truly inspiring, and they have done a superb job returning us to human space flight. To the Discovery's crew I say, 'God Speed, we are all proud of you!' "
